Delete Your Account and Data

We understand the importance of your privacy. If you would like to delete your Visible account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

Steps to Request Account Deletion:
- Log in to your Visible account.
- Navigate to the "Settings" section of your profile.
- Select "Account" and click on "Delete Account."
- Follow the prompts to confirm your account deletion request.
What Happens to Your Data:
- Upon requesting account deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, including your profile information, contacts, and messages.
- Certain data may be retained for a limited time to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Once this period ends, the data will be completely removed from our systems.
Retention Periods:
- Data retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes will not be accessible to users during this period and will be deleted in accordance with applicable laws.
- Please note that deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone.

VISIBLE Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
Employees, affiliates, and family members of VISIBLE are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Duration:

The VISIBLE Instagram Giveaway runs from November 2024 to January 2024. Each weekly giveaway begins on Monday at 12:00 AM PST and ends on Sunday at 11:59 PM PST.
There will be one winner selected each week for ten consecutive weeks.

3. How to Enter:

Follow @VISIBLE.link on Instagram.
Like the designated giveaway post for the current week.
Tag at least one friend in the comments of the post. Each tagged friend counts as one entry.
Bonus entry: Share the giveaway post on your Instagram Story and tag @VISIBLE.link to receive one extra entry.

4. Prize:

Each weekly winner will receive a prize detailed in the corresponding giveaway post.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives unless otherwise stated.
VISIBLE reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries each week.
Winners will be announced on VISIBLE’s Instagram account each Monday following the close of the previous week’s giveaway.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

6. Publicity:

By entering this giveaway, participants grant VISIBLE permission to use their Instagram handles, comments, and any shared posts related to the giveaway for promotional purposes on VISIBLE’s social media and website.

7. Limitation of Liability:

VISIBLE is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete, or for any technical or human error that may occur during the entry process.
VISIBLE reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of any cause that affects the fairness or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined at VISIBLE’s sole discretion.

8. Instagram Release:

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants agree to release Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.

9. Data Privacy:

Any personal information collected in relation to this giveaway will be used in accordance with VISIBLE’s Privacy Policy and solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway.

10. Agreement to Terms:

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of VISIBLE, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
